SERVICES

TAX HEALTH CHECK

SineCera shall assess the tax compliance health of the client and make appropriate recommendations aimed at making the client compliant with applicable tax laws in Ghana.

TAX CONTROVERSY

This involves assisting the client with tax compliance disagreement with the Ghana Revenue Authority. Thus, SineCera shall mount appropriate responses consistent with the requirements of the various tax laws to make a case for the client.

TAX COMPLIANCE

This focuses on the in country ongoing tax compliance requirements of the client and includes, corporate income tax, withholding tax, Value Added Tax, Employment tax, Transfer pricing, Customs, and Excise amongst others.

TAX ADVISORY

SineCera shall obtain an understanding of the situation of the client and advise on the tax efficient structure or model with reference to applicable domestic tax laws as well as applicable double tax treaties in force. The client type includes individuals/employees and businesses.

TAX REFUND

SineCera shall assist the client make an application to the Ghana Revenue Authority and interface with the GRA on the client's behalf.

PAYROLL

SineCera shall assist the client with its payroll computations and make recommendations  consistent with employment tax requirements.

PENSIONS

SineCera shall assist the client compute the applicable pension contributions to be made to national pension scheme and the applicable approved pension scheme provider.

COMPANY SECRETARIAL

SineCera shall be the company secretary and shall be the liaison between the client and the Registrar General's Department.  SineCera shall among other things assist in setting up board meetings, taking minutes, complete and file applicable returns.

ACCOUNTANCY

For financial information to achieve its intended purpose, it ought to be organised and communicated in a manner that is meaningful to users. Our accounting services at SineCera is seasoned in organising financial information in accordance with accounting principles in a simple and meaningful manner. Our services include bookkeeping, payroll administration, budgeting, preparation of management and financial statements, among others. We are fulfilled by delivering quality services to save our clients time and allow them to focus on their core competencies.
